How can install Medal of Honor Allied Assault(THE GAME) again on the computer?

So when i first installed the game i deleted it but not with a program and now when i want to install it again i see this REpair,Moify and remove options, i pressed remove but it doesnt delete it, i see it stays at 0% and then jumps to 100% and says finished mainainance bu the game is still there so like i try to install it again and i still see this Modify ,REpair ,Remove thing .Why ? What should i do?How can i delete the game permanently so i can install it again?How can install Medal of Honor Allied Assault(THE GAME) again on the computer?
i got the same problem in my comp and have never managed to remove it completely. But if you want to install the game again, then you must have the installation disc and when that screen pops up, choose 'Repair' and the stuff that you removed will be put back in.

Personally, i think the makers of that game were not right to make it so that you cannot remove it once you install it in the PC.

I had that problem way back when and I believe I had to reformat my computer to get rid of it. You could try removing it in safe mode.
